Kathleen (Kathy) Ferguson-Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer (COO)is the key contact point within the NPTG Project. She works with Tom Durkin on decision-making.
The COO also handles preparing NPTG to become a California nonprofit, with a federal 501(c)(3) designation that will allow funds raised to be tax deductible to donors. For contractors, and for other billings, she reviews the billing for appropriateness/accuracy and makes the payment. In addition, the COOt aids with website development and sets up emails for all NPTG employees.
